B185 HVAC – Pro-Mark Services Inc is in the process of installing an HVAC system to provide cooling to support multiple areas of the building. The scope consists of installing 3 large cooling towers, approximately 1000’ of 10” underground piping, electrical breaker panels, multiple automatic transfer switches, conduit for electrical/communications, and various pump equipment for the cooling supply/return lines. Landscaping at the end of the project will consist of sodding the trench, planting of trees, and more than 100 plants.
