As the Prime Contractor, Pro-Mark Services performed all management, supervision, and coordination tasks as well as self-performed numerous items including: Roadway PCC pavement and curbs, concrete sidewalks, framing, interior metal wall paneling, wall and ceiling repairs, topsoil and seeding. The project included the removal of 22,500sf of existing suspended gypsum board ceilings and associated mechanical and electrical components, reconfiguration of mechanical ductwork, electrical connections and piping, and painting newly exposed structure. Exterior work included the removal and replacement of 27,000sf existing corrugated metal roof with a new structural support system and new standing seam roof, gutters, downspouts, and lightning protection. The metal roof panel system was engineered for load calculations by MBCI as a part of the submittal process.
