Pro-Mark Services was the low offeror on a firm fixed price contract; a large complex government project which required a high level of coordination and adaptiveness. Relevant scope disciplines include Design, Site Construction, Concrete, Structural, Rough Carpentry, Finishes, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Controls. Upon award and notice to proceed on the project, the design process for the 60% design was started. The 60% design package was submitted within 60 days of the notice to proceed.
